Character Concept Design - Lava Goddess With Flame

This is concept art I created for a character I am currently working on for a group project at my University. In the video my actress will become this rock creature with lava veins and flame for hair. The idea is for her to set herself aflame, then she burns herself out leaving only smoke behind. So far tests are going well, however the moving element is not yet perfect. Fingers crossed that I can make her look half as good as this lol
