This is the second OC I've drawn from the 'draw to adopt' [link] by ~Lovesmorethan1anime

I love this new character and his back story. I may write something more some time and really bring him to life.

Name: Takito Tear-ifuku
Gender: Male
Age:17
Likes: Orange blossoms, taking care of people, Liquorice tea
Dislikes: His right eye (it works but as it's normal / human looking he was often picked on for it as a child and so now has a complex preferring to keep it covered), pain and inflicting it on others, fatty processed foods
Friends: Despite problems as a young child, Takito is now very popular. He's never without an invite for a party or trip somewhere. His best friends are Emil Strover and Bennine Farley, two of the top students at the government's scientific institute.
Family: He lives with his grandparents (on his father's side). His culture forbids the interaction of child with parent until they turn eighteen in the belief that older family members are better equipped to raise well rounded members of society. Takito has a younger sister, Milea who lives with his other grandparents on the opposite side of the city. He gets to see her once a week, however she doesn't seem to care whether he visits or not (Milea's a snobby brat, having grown up with better opportunities than Takito). He gets along well with his mother's parents, but due to his relationship with Milea, it is difficult for him to spend time with them without her opposition.
Personality: Takito is a very caring child and has been groomed since young for his place in the medical sciences. He is very proud of his nursing skills, but avoids blood where possible. He has a sarcastic side that he only shows his friends, but is very submissive as is normal among young males in his society.
Extras: Takito lives in a community of abnormal / mutated humans in the capital city of Ronoa, on an isolated island few have heard of. Being 'normal' is not something that is common but there are occasions when children are born with normal features.
Though they're technologically advanced, there are still some equal opportunities issues on the island when it comes to men in the workplace (it has been a matriarchal society, with the men as the 'lesser' of the two sexes for centuries). Although now equal, many men are still more comfortable with their roles the way they are and are just happy to know that they have the same options as women.
Few normals visit the island and the concept of the role reversal of the sexes (for example males in dresses) is often ridiculed by these visitors and so the isolation except for trade and the like is preferred by all citizens.
