Oh wow! 

So what have I been up to?

First off Iron Man 3 was awesome (although cheesy music at beginning & end in my honest opinion) I just all the action! If you have the chance to go I recommend it

I've been really busy with home life so sketches and the like have been rare, however I have done a completed sketch of Rosa-Bella (coloured version pending) which I had to start over.



Other concepts are waiting in the wings to be uploaded however this depends on whether my scanner wants to play nice lol


Attended the Maker Faire UK at the Life Science Centre this past Saturday. Interesting new experience. If I can dig out a good enough photo of the fire breathing robot I'll upload here


I'm also looking into possibly updating my systems so may be offline in the near future to make sure I've correctly backed up everything (bit nervous I might erase something important eep!)


Recently I've started posting on the Makie.me forums after finding MakieLab's fabulous 'Doll Factory' iPad app in the App Store on my birthday in March.

For those who do not know, MakieLab are a small company that started in the last year or two who create customised dolls / action figures by 3D printing (the only company to do so on this scale I believe). For all you doll mod lovers out there I'm sure their site will be right up your street.

The idea is for you to decide what the dolls features will be (whether the eyes slant, the length of nose, hair style etc) and using this digital template a 3D print is made using a nylon blend of some sort and intricate lasers (very technical, but soooo cool!)

The app allows you to create as many dolls as you want digitally for free and you can choose to then purchase your creations along with clothes and accessories at a later date. It doesn't have the full content of the main site yet, but is so easy to use.

The forums are really fun too and getting to know so many doll enthusiasts and creative people along with their often comical creations is wonderful too.

My latest piece is a birthday gift for who is also on the forums. Hope she likes it.



Writing is slow at the moment... Lacking inspiration. All ideas are welcome

I should really update these more often lol. First off love this journal by NightMagician (thank you very much)  

Robert Downey Jr... Yum! (It seems I have a thing for older guys ... Hmm well celebrities...)

Thought it was appropriate as the new Iron Man 3 movie is due out at the end of the end of the week So excited (Think I'm never truly ever going to grow up !) But I didn't want the whole Iron Man tribute plastered on my wall... This seems a better compromise.

Counting the days until this and also until Uni starts in September. Now just worrying about financing eep!

This month I finished up competition piece for Nanashi-No (uploaded a little too late I might add but still wanted everyone to see as I'd worked hard on it)
It includes her OC of the same name and mine oN-ihsanaN (yep I'm not very imaginative coming up with names) who is meant to be Nanashi-No's opposite in every way.

I've gone back to writing again. Just a little but the block seems to have finally have lifted on one of my personal projects so it's a start

Still fleshing out the plot for my story incorporating Takito

He's my newly acquired adopt from the draw to adopt by lovesmorethan1anime lovesmorethan1anime.deviantart… (loving his background story, just need to fit the rest in somehow lol)

If there are any suggestions for my next theme once I'm finished Takito's tale, I'd love to hear them.
